Terms of service

These are the plain-words terms for using nomnom (nomnomwith.me). By making an account you agree to them.

What nomnom is

A food log with an AI assistant that estimates calories and macros. Estimates are exactly that: estimates. nomnom is not medical or dietary advice and is not a substitute for a doctor or dietitian. If you have a medical condition or an eating disorder, please talk to a professional before using any tracker.

Your account

• You need to be 16 or older.
• Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Be kind in circles. We may remove accounts that harass others or abuse the service.

Free and Pro

Free has daily limits (for example 3 photo uploads a day). Pro is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe, currently $3 USD a month, that raises those limits and adds features. You can cancel any time from Settings; Pro stays on until the end of the paid period and there are no refunds for partial months. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Your content

Your log, photos and comments are yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service (including sending text and photos to our AI providers to produce estimates). You can delete everything from Settings.

Availability

We work hard to keep nomnom up, but it is provided as is, without warranties. We are not liable for lost data or indirect damages beyond what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will tell you by email or in the app.
